Questions leads ask
Do I have to be a teacher?
No. Every day tells you what to set out, what to say, and what to do when it falls apart. The lead's job is people: who's hosting, whose turn it is to bring snack, a pinned note when plans change.
How many families?
Two is a pod. Six is the default room (an admin can raise it). At 5 members everyone saves 10%; at 4 paying families the lead is free.
What if our kids are different ages?
That's the point. One theme, every kid at their own depth: a toddler runs the blocks, a baby rides along, a kindergartner has School, and older siblings are big helpers. Homie writes the pacing note for the mix you have.
Do we have to meet in person?
No. Some pods share a calendar and a room and never meet; most pick one Big Play Day a week. The hosting board and meetups are there when you want them.
Can I change my mind?
Yes. A pod is your own table plus the families you invited. Rotate the link and every old copy dies. Families can leave; you can step back.
