Private storage
Family records, photos, and printables live in a private store that cannot be read by URL. The app streams what a signed-in member is allowed to see, and nothing else.
Phone-code login, no passwords
You sign in with a one-time text code. There is no password to leak or reuse. Sessions are signed and expire; you can sign out of every device from your Family page.
No ads, no selling, no tracking pixels
We do not sell or rent data, we run no ad pixels on member pages, and the only analytics we keep are aggregate page performance.
Kids' data, handled carefully
Accounts belong to grown-ups. We store a child's first name, birth month, lane, and what you choose to record. We never ask for or store a child's photo ID, school records, or contact details, and we never contact children.
Yours to take
Download everything we hold about your family as a file from your Family page, anytime.
Yours to delete
Leave, and your family record is closed immediately and deleted on request. Photos you posted are removed with it.
Least privilege
Pod leads see their pod; admins see what they need and every admin action is written to an audit log.
Encrypted in transit and at rest
All traffic is HTTPS. Data is encrypted at rest by our storage provider. Secrets live in the hosting platform's encrypted environment, never in code.
Report a concern
Found something that worries you? Email hello@podsquadschool.com with “security” in the subject. A human reads it the same day. Please don't test against other families' accounts.
