Pod Squad started in South Florida as four families who wanted their toddlers to have real friends, real jobs, and real adventures without a six-hour school day. It grew into a program for every stage, run by parents, on a rhythm that holds.
The story
Pod Squad was founded by Christopher McGinnis in West Boca Raton after a simple problem: a group of friends with two-year-olds wanted something between staying home alone and sending a toddler to a full-day program. Nothing on the market gave them a curriculum, a calendar, and a way to run it together.
So we wrote one. Twelve weeks of scripted home days, pod days, and adventures, tested on real toddlers in real living rooms, with the printables, shopping lists, and hosting board that make it actually happen. Then we built the portal that runs it from a phone, and the stages before and after, so a family never has to start over.
Today Pod Squad is a platform: programs for every stage from newborn to eighteen, six interest lanes, a growth profile for every kid, a calendar and reminder system that keeps a family (or a squad of families) on the same page, and a community of parents who show up for each other.
