Membership questions
When am I charged?
Never during your 14-day trial. After that, monthly (or yearly) on the day you started, automatically, until you cancel. You'll get a receipt by email every time.
How do I cancel?
From your Family page, in two taps, or by emailing us. You keep access through the end of the period you already paid for.
What's the guarantee?
If your first paid month isn't right for your family, email us within 30 days of that charge and we'll refund it in full.
Can I pause instead?
Yes. Pause from your Family page; your spot in the pod and all your notes, photos, and progress stay put. Resume whenever.
Do siblings really cost less?
Yes: the first child is $99, each additional child is 25% off. Add or remove kids anytime.
Can I use Florida's PEP scholarship?
Not yet for toddlers; Step Up's Personalized Education Program is for K–12 students. When our elementary and older stages open, we plan to be a registered provider so families can pay with scholarship funds.
Is tax included?
Applicable sales tax is added at checkout where required.
What if my pod doesn't reach 5 families?
You still get everything. The 10% pod discount just kicks in when 5 families are members.
