Membership questions
When am I charged?
Never during your 7-day trial. You add a card to start it and pay $0 that day; we remind you three days before your first payment. After that, monthly (or yearly) on the day your membership starts, until you cancel. You'll get a receipt every time.
What happens when the free days end?
We remind you three days before. If you do nothing, your membership starts and the card you added is charged $99 for the first month (siblings 50% off). Cancel before then from your Family page, in two taps, and you pay nothing.
Does one membership cover the app and the website?
Yes. Same account, same number, same kids and weeks: the app on your phone and the website on your computer.
Do I have to be home all day to use it?
No. Use it between feeds and naps, after daycare pickup, on weekends, or for a whole preschool morning at home. Same price either way.
How do I cancel?
From your Family page, in two taps, or by emailing us. You keep access through the end of the period you already paid for.
What's the guarantee?
If your first paid month isn't right for your family, email us within 30 days of that charge and we'll refund it in full.
Can I pause instead?
Yes. Pause from your Family page; your kids' plans, notes, photos, and progress stay put. Resume whenever.
Do siblings really cost less?
Yes: the first child is $99, each additional child is 50% off, and big brothers and sisters 6 and up come along free as helpers (a real job with the little ones, no plan of their own). Add or remove kids anytime.
How long does each plan last?
As long as your kid is in that stage. Every stage is made for exactly that time: 13 weeks for a newborn, 26 weeks for a crawler, 3 years for a preschooler, each week matched to where your kid is now. When they move up, the next stage's plan starts at week 1, all the way to kindergarten. Your membership just keeps going; cancel or pause whenever.
Is tax included?
Applicable sales tax is added at checkout where required.
